In a previous issue of the Information & Insights newsletter, we asked readers how they structure their on-premise strategy. Nearly everyone who responded indicated a multi-pronged approach, utilizing a combination of programs to promote their brand in bars and restaurants.
The most popular aspects of readers’ on-premise programs were Brand Ambassadors, Signature Drinks and Menu Placements (57% each). Lower on the list, but still significant, were Table Tents and Signage or Backbar Placement (43% each).
